Steps for the implementation of the Robot Filler:

  • Enter filling recipe.
  • Place pallets with empty containers in the input conveyor.
  • Machine will uncap (optional), fill, cap (optional) and seal (optional) each container on the pallet.
  • Remove the pallets with full containers from the exit conveyors.

Below surface filling mode

This filling mode is suitable for filling highly viscous, non-foaming products, such as greases, paints, and other thick products. It is used for containers that lack a bunghole.
