Operation Mode

  • Set up the filling recipe.
  • Adjust the height of the filling arm.
  • Place pallets with empty containers on the input conveyor.
  • Wait for the pallet to arrive automatically to the filling machine.
  • Press the “release axes” button and position the dispenser on the container bunghole to be filled.
  • Press the “fill” button. The dispenser will lower, fill and return to its position.
  • Carry out points 5 and 6 as many times as there are containers on the pallet.
  • Press the “evacuate pallet” button.
  • The pallet will move out of the machine.
  • Return to point 4.
  • Remove the pallets with full containers from the exit conveyor.
