The IBC filling machine LSC is a semiautomatic weight filling equipment suitable for filling liquid and viscous products in large containers. This semiautomatic IBC filler is suitable to fill from 800 to 1.500 litres in IBC, totes, bulk containers and spacecraft. A preconfigured filling solution for the automatic filling of containers standing on pallets.

The IBC filling machine LSC is designed for those who only need to fill IBC and totes. It has a quick set up and configuration and it's available in an anti-explosion version for dangerous areas.

Operation Mode

  • Set the final net weight value to be filled in the container through the HMI screen.
  • Adjust, easily and without tools, the machine filling height depending on container's format.
  • Place the empty IBC on the scale.
  • Press the “start” button. The filling is automatic, providing the final net weight configured in step 1.
  • Take out the filled IBC.
  • Repeat points 3 to 5 as many times as containers you need to fill.
